Roscoe provided early stage Project Management Services on this £45m City Centre development, providing 300 bed 4* hotel with associated conferencing/ banqueting facilities, 30,000sqft retail unit and parking for 250 cars. Our services included:

Managing a complex project with a mix of refurbishment and new building.
Managing the accelerated planning process to facilitate BPRA capital tax allowance submission.
Co-ordinating the Embedded Supply Chain procurement, continuous financial review in conjunction with operator.
