The Roscoe team have extensive experience of delivering complex mixed use projects. Past projects have usually been City Centre or Town Centre based and made up of a number of uses including retail (often used as an anchor development), leisure, commercial, residential, institutional and industrial. Whilst these projects can be highly controversial, our development managers and projects managers have exceptional skills in bringing together viable projects from the outset. This includes running our own development appraisals based upon market tested uses and costs. We also have access to funders that we are able to introduce to clients looking for funded turnkey projects.
