Provision of bid management services to co-ordinate the use of Group funding to deliver a portfolio of high quality private healthcare facilities for Circle Health. Roscoe’s role included the co-ordination of a number of companies within the Balfour Beatty Group to compile a turnkey tender proposal for the client.
