A major city centre mixed use development for Derby Riverlight including three residential tower blocks and a ‘leisure box’ including 2 hotels, casino, bars, restaurants and retail. The £32m hotel and casino was completed in March 2011; the hotels are operated by Holiday Inn and Hampton by Hilton. Roscoe utilised development appraisals to establish the target return for the developer and engaged the supply chain to make cost savings of £7m. Roscoe also worked closely with designers and the hotel and casino operators to make sure the correct fit out scope was delivered.

We cannot speak highly enough of their pro-active ‘can do’ attitude, creativity and innovative approach to Development and Project Management. We are actively looking at opportunities of using Roscoe in all aspects of our business.
