Development of £16m 4* boutique hotel for Seven Capital, providing 130 bedrooms and associated conferencing and hotel restaurants and bars. Our scope included:
- Managing the design development and planning process for the submission of a full detailed planning permission with Hackney Local Authority.
- Heritage work associated with Grade 2 listed buildings and façade retention.
- Working with the embedded supply chain to establish guaranteed maximum price at planning submission stage.
- Developing a risk management system to track design development and control risk; tracking this against cost and programme impact.
