Provision of bid management services for the Phase 1 procurement process of the New Office Accommodation for Derby City Council. The bid proposed 200,000 sq ft of new offices & civic facilities, high quality public realm to tie in with the Phase 01 mixed use regeneration scheme on the remainder of the site to open up waterfront. The cost of the proposed was approx £40m.
