Provision of bid management services for Balfour Beatty Scottish and Southern on a £100+m waste management services contract to provide new facilities including Mechanical Biological Treatment (MBT), Anaerobic Digestion (AD), In Vessel Composting (IVC), Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC).
