Roscoe have been appointed as Employers Agent on the first phase of the proposed new waterfront development at Grafton Way in Ipswich on behalf of Spenhill Regeneration. A scheme of enabling works is due to commence 22nd October 2012 to demolish the existing buildings and remediate the site in readiness for the new scheme to commence.
