Roscoe in conjunction with the Approved Design Consultancy recently hosted an event to highlight the changes to the Building Regulations, which will see a huge impact on the design and the built environment; these changes are anticipated to be introduced within the next 12 months and include:-

• Part L – Energy Conservation
• EPBD Recast
• Part A – Structure
• Part B – Fire Protection
• Part K – Protection from Falling, collision and impact
• Part M – Access to and Use of Buildings
• Part N – Glass and Glazing
• Access statements, security, changing places toilets and Regulation 7
• Part P – Electrical Safety
• Building Control System Changes

The event was attended by a host of multi-disciplinary consultants and included FHPP, Monaghans, Roscoe and Self Architects.
