Roscoe has been appointed by The Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education as the NEC Supervisor for the relocation of the Art and Design School from Westward Ho to the main campus at Bargate. The development will see the creation of a 3 storey extension to tie into existing floor levels and refurbishment over 4 floors within the existing C block.

The new facilities will then enable performing arts and music to be located within the same building comprising of a new 200 seat theatre, physical theatre, control rooms and studios.

The project is due to commence in March 2013 and will be fully complete by November 2013.
