Roscoe brought together its experience and skills of Development Management, Design Management and Project Management to compile for Tesco Stores Ltd an options appraisal that looked at utilising modular and off-site construction to provide a new multi-storey car park and 2-storey re-configuration/extension whilst the store was in operation. The innovatively thought out scheme reduced the construction period from   117 weeks to 80 weeks, reduced attendance by 32%, reduced site operations by 40%, maintained 88% of existing car parking during the build period and achieved gross and net sales areas greater than existing during construction.
